Hi! My name is Abigaile. I teach movement as a way to help folks build a stronger connection to their bodies, build their capacity to handle tough emotions, and increase their sense of bravery and self-assurance.
My 6 week 1:1 program is personalized embodiment coaching. During the sessions we work together to build a sense of bravery and connection with your body, enhancing both your emotional and physical resiliency. Learn the basics of nervous system theory, how your body processes emotions, and resource yourself for when things get overwhelming. The movement part of this program also serves to increase strength, mobility, balance, and coordination. Better movement habits = decreased pain and increased longevity.
My professional training includes but is not limited to 500hrs certified yoga teacher training, Movement for Trauma Levels 1&2, Traumatic Stress and the Breath, the Science of Stretching, strength training, and anti-oppression and inclusivity training. Equally treasured by me is the 10 years of experience I bring to my work. Humans are so complex and unique and amazing! It is an honor to do what I do.
